Speaker Bio

Hi, I’m Cheryl Ann Barnes. I am a thought leader in community and experience design based in Seattle, and I have coordinated hundreds of events — from intimate neighborhood gatherings to large-scale experiences designed to bring people together with intention.

What distinguishes my work is attention to the details most people overlook: pacing, environment, and the subtle human dynamics that shape how a gathering feels. My approach helps transform events from something people attend into something they remember and come back for.
