Kristin carries the lamp for founders navigating the darkness that exists in the space between the life they have built and the one they know they are meant to create. She helps them illuminate the resistance they carry and identify the beliefs keeping them stuck. With each step, Kristin moves founders from possibility into action, helping them honor their soul nudges and create a clear path toward their highest soul-led calling.
Her work draws on nearly two decades of business leadership experience, including roles as an executive vice president, operations leader, and strategy deployment manager. As a former corporate executive and now a CTI-trained Coach, she brings both strategic perspective and deep coaching expertise to each founder she guides.
A dancer at heart, Kristin describes her work as “teaching people to dance with the illusion of fear.” She knows how to turn up the music that plays quietly in the soul and restore the connection between the mind and body. Seamlessly blending her artistry with her leadership and coaching experience, she listens for the rhythm within each founder’s ambition, helping bring their soul-led vision and the actions needed to create it into sync.
Kristin’s process builds self-trust, confidence, and the relief of knowing that even when the stage feels dark, the music is still playing. She helps them trust that the performance can begin the moment the lights turn on and gives them the courage to step forward when they do.
Kristin’s own journey as a breast cancer survivor taught her how difficult it can be to listen to and navigate the nudges of her soul. As she took her own path less traveled through recovery, she dismantled the limiting beliefs holding her back and stepped into the version of herself that her soul cried out for, becoming an author, community leader, and founder.
Today, she brings that knowledge and experience to founders standing at their own threshold. When founders work with her, they receive more than Kristin’s individual guidance. They become part of the community she has created, surrounded by connections that hold, wisdom that guides them, and people who understand the journey toward a higher calling.
What Kristin has built becomes the catalyst for founders ready to act on their soul-led goals. They gain a clearer path forward, greater trust in themselves, and a community beside them as they build what comes next.
